Since its founding in 2006, the New Energy Summit has already been held three times. The event enjoys the strong combined support of the National People’s Congress, Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), State Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Construction and Ministry of Science and Technology. Huang Mengfu, Vice-Chairman of the CPPCC, each year personally attends the event to deliver a keynote speech, and related leaders of other important political institutions like the National People’s Congress also participate and make important presentations. Members of the most famous and influential industry organizations from around the world are also invited to take part in the Forum, with previous guests including the United Nations Deputy Secretary General. The New Energy Summit is the most authoritative and high-level conference in the Chinese new energy industry. The event is hosted by China New Energy Chamber of Commerce, with Shanghai AiExpo providing a comprehensive range of services.

Founded in 2006, and having already been successfully hosted four times, AsiaSolar is one of China’s most established photovoltaic industry events. Thanks to its professional attitude, international outlook and excellent services, AsiaSolar now attracts hundreds of exhibitors from around the world each year, as well as tens of thousands of professional visitors and buyers. The forum focuses on the more technical aspects of the industry, attracting widespread interest with around 1000 participants every year, while the exhibition has already established a strong international reputation. AsiaSolar enjoys excellent prospects for future development thanks to the growing global interest in renewable energy, and especially solar photovoltaics.

Since its launch in 2006, SIPPE has been held three times, and is currently Shanghai’s only major professional oil exhibition. At present, oil and natural gas are still the world’s major sources of energy, but oil is most certainly not a renewable resource. Therefore, it is of the utmost importance to use advanced technology for the exploration and extraction of oil resources, and holding an international event in the field of oil technology and equipment in Shanghai has excellent effects on development in this area. SIPPE has benefited enormously from the wholehearted support of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Shanghai Pudong Sub-Branch and Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce, helping build the exhibition into an industry event of international importance.
